How do I charge it?

The device comes with a FREE charging stand, so there’s no fiddling about with cables or wires.

How long does the battery last?

Unlike other GPS trackers for seniors, the tranquil watch uses state-of-the-art technology that means it will last an average of 14 days without needing a recharge.

The device can update its location every 1 minute, 10 minutes or every hour when moving.

This is based on normal daily use, with the wearer going out of the home for a few hours per day.

What’s the range?

The Tranquil GPS watch can be tracked from anywhere in the world, as long as your smartphone has an internet connection.

The watch will work in the UK, or anywhere in the EU 27 with 2G signal (excl. Canary Islands). If you’re not sure if your country is within this, please ask us.

Is it waterproof?

Yes, the Tranquil GPS watch is IP67 level waterproof, meaning it can be completely submerged in up to 1m (3.2ft) of water for up to 30 minutes.

The Tranquil Watch can be worn while showering, bathing or swimming.

Is it easy to set up?

It depends on the mobile signal in the area where the tracker is being used. In locations with a strong EE mobile signal, the tracker connects using the EE network. If the EE mobile signal is weak or unavailable, the tracker uses a multi network service that automatically connects to the strongest available mobile signal nearby (except EE).

You do not need to change any settings. The tracker automatically uses the best mobile signal available to keep tracking and alerts working reliably.

Do I need a subscription to use the GPS tracker?

Like your mobile phone needs credit or a data plan, your subscription fee covers the cost of a network connection.

The subscription also includes unlimited, lightning-fast tech support and customer service that’s available 7 days a week.

You can choose from a monthly or annual subscription plan above, which can be cancelled any time.

Which mobile network does the tracker use?

Does it need Wi-Fi to work?

No, the GPS tracker does not need Wi-Fi to work. It uses the mobile signal in the area to send location updates and alerts.

As long as the tracker is in an area with good mobile signal coverage, it will work normally, even if there is no Wi-Fi available.

Can more than one family member or carer log in?

Yes. There is no limit to how many people can log in to the app to view the tracker. Family members or carers can log in on their own phones, whether they are using iPhone or Android.

This makes it easy for everyone involved in care to check the location and stay updated when needed.
